Description
This is a two-day class that will take place on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Signup includes both Wednesday and Thursday of the same week. The classes will take place at the same time each day.
PART I: Takes place on the Wednesday of signup. Kids will decide on a recipe and learn how to prepare the ingredients for the next class.
PART II: Takes place on Thursday at the same time as the Wednesday course. Kids take the ingredients they prepared in the previous class to make their recipe.
Vegetables are at the heart of any healthy diet and learning to cook with such a versatile food group is an important part of any food education. This class is a two-part course that will teach teens ages 13-16 how to prepare, cook, and pair a variety of seasonal vegetables. The wide variety and different ways of preparing these foods means there’s something new to learn in each class!
